Class Outing Updates

Hello Hot People!

The June holidays are here! I do hope everyone has been mugging hard these past few days. It's one week into our holidays already and I'm pretty sure you guys are anxious for the finalised class outing. I have asked the class about what they want for class outing. Here are the results.

Majority have voted for CYCLING! Hence, I guess the finalised decision will be cycling. For those who can't cycle, like Shahrul, can rent a double bike. Haha. Well, as for the date, is this coming Monday possible for most? I would like to keep the third week free for you guys to catch up on your studies before camp. Hence next week is the only possible week. So please confirm with me one last time if Monday is suitable.

we'll meet up at bedok at 9am. Those who know how to go to East Coast Park, please do tell me. We'll see how long the cycling will take. =D

Class Outing

Good Evening Hot People!

As you all know, our June summer break is nearing. The last term break, there wasn't any class outing. Hence, I would like to suggest that at least one day of this break, we all have an outing together, for team bonding prior to the camp. I also thing it is essential in forming a class chemistry together, as we will get stuck with each other for the remaining course in JC. A good social environment can also bring about a good learning environment, and we can push each other to get the best results. 

So guys, do check your organiser, and then list out the dates that you will be free, preferably the second week of June, since the first week is occupied by the Pre-U Seminar. Email the dates to me at yanto_yanto@hotmail.com, together with suggestions on where to go or what to do. Here are some examples of activities we can do together.

Community Outreach Project Activity

Hello 0931B! Please take note that we'll still be working with the Singapore Children's Society, but there's a change of programme as of what we initially have discussed to do. Details below:

'Walk for Our Children 2009'

Date: 26th July, Sunday
Venue: Chinese Garden, Dragon & Phoenix Court
Time: 9am to 1pm
Target participants: 3000 pax


The event will kick start with a mass workout followed by flag-off by GOH (usually minister level) and walkathon around Chinese Garden & Japanese Garden. After the walk, there'll be friendly a family carnival for all. So, we'll be setting up a food stall! However, all proceeds from sale will go to the Singapore Children's Society. (:

I'll need to know if you guys want to wear event t-shirt on the actual day, which will be sponsored for free by them, or do you guys want to wear our Innova P.E shirt? It'll be good if everyone wears a 'uniform' attire. Do share your opinions at the tagboard! :D
